We reserve the right to choose our customers.

We reserve the right to ban or cancel the subscription of any package if it is used or you are involved in illegal activities or any activity that may cause harm to someone else (Hacking, virus spreading (inlcuding links), DoS or DDoS attacks etc).

We reserve the right to ban users permanently for refunding/chargebacking without any reason.

We reserve the right to ban or cancel subscription for users permanently if they try to leak any package.

We reserve the right to charge any customer through tebex automatically for renew.

We reserve the right to ban or cancel the subscription if someone is reselling one of our packages without our knowledge and partnership.

We reserve the right not to respond to messages or tickets containing insults, advertising (including links), threats, provoking or lack of respect and also get banned or subscription cancelled.

We reserve the right to ban or cancel a customer subscription with no right of refund if the customer uses inappropriate behavior with support or any other staff member. Also, please respect all members of the discord.

We reserve the right to change the price of packages.

Leaking files from our resources is strictly prohibited and no one is authorized to do this. Leaking any file from our resources is a violation of our intellectual property rights. If you are involved in such activities, we will take legal action and report the incident to the authorities for further investigation and prosecution.

We reserve the right to modify our Terms of Service without notifying any customer.

We reserve the right to create our working schedule and if something occurs to postpone to a maximum 48h to take in consideration your problem in order to fix it as soon as possible. The staff members and myself will do our best to respond to all questions or issues. Please note that we cannot opperate 24/7 or babysit you and have personal lives outside of discord.

When you buy the product, you agree to our Terms of Service and the Tebex Terms of Service.

The one time purchase package on tebex will receive updates only while the Reason Anticheat project is active. The package does not include lifetime updates. In case the Reason Anticheat project is discontinued, the resource will remain on your account but will no longer be updated. The package is available only until the Paysafe payment method is added to the store.

We are not responsible for any issues regarding lack of experience with FiveM resources or the inability to read and understand English. All essential information and instructions are clearly provided in the documentation. Our support does not include babysit on how to install / use basic FiveM resources or teaching English. By using our services, you acknowledge that it is also your responsibility to understand how the FiveM platform works and to follow the documentation provided. This does not mean we are not support you with answers / indications / solutions / guidence / fixes for different situations, but we cannot babysit for every basic thing as personalized guidance or voice calls for something that is already explained very clear in the documentation. Persistent disregard for the documentation, repeated requests for help on clearly explained topics, or claiming a lack of English comprehension may result in a timeout, ban, or revocation of access to the resource. This is also in accordance with the age restriction set by Tebex, which requires users to be 16 years or older. Actions taken will depend on the severity and frequency of the behavior.
