14. The one-time purchase package on Tebex will receive updates only while the Reason Anticheat project is active. The package does not include lifetime updates. If the project is discontinued, the resource remains on your account but will no longer be updated.
The package is available only until the Paysafe payment method is added to the store.
2. We reserve the right to ban or cancel the subscription of any package if it is used or you are involved in illegal activities or any activity that may cause harm to someone else (Hacking, virus spreading including links, DoS or DDoS attacks etc).
4. We reserve the right to ban or cancel subscription for users permanently if they try to leak any package.
6. We reserve the right to ban or cancel the subscription if someone is reselling one of our packages without our knowledge and partnership.
7. We reserve the right not to respond to messages or tickets containing insults, advertising (including links), threats, provoking or lack of respect and also may result in bans or subscription cancellation.

12. We reserve the right to create our working schedule and may postpone responses up to 48h. We cannot operate 24/7 or provide instant support at all times.
10. Leaking files from our resources is strictly prohibited and is a violation of our intellectual property rights.
If you are involved in such activities, we may take legal action and report the incident to authorities for further investigation and prosecution.
15. We are not responsible for issues regarding lack of experience with FiveM resources or inability to read and understand English.
All essential information and instructions are clearly provided in the documentation.
Support does not include installation guidance, basic FiveM teaching, or personal step-by-step assistance for already documented features.
We still provide guidance, solutions, and fixes for technical issues, but we do not offer personalized babysitting, voice calls, or repeated basic explanations.
Failure to follow documentation or repeated misuse of support may result in timeout, ban, or loss of access. This also aligns with Tebex age restrictions (16+).
